We spent this past weekend celebrating Lamborghini's fifth birthday. And oh how the time has flown by. He is no longer a little kid anymore. He is a smart, independent young man who is eager to take on the world. He keeps me updated with regard to the house he will live in when he grows up (near Bammie and PopPop) and all of the pets he will have (three dogs). He is already a self-professed engineer, but one who fixes sister's stuffed-animal cats when something bad happens to them. He is ... continue reading...
A Modern Traditional Entryway Update
Now that you've seen our updated front porch, I am excited to show you the changes we made to the interior of our house. This entryway project has been a long time coming. I must admit, though, that I liked having that extra week and a half to decorate for Christmas before December hit. Our tree is officially up. Christmas trinkets are out on the shelves. The stockings are hung. And it's starting to smell like Christmas thanks to this live cedar garland I bought at Lowes to hang from the stairs. You can't beat the price of $15 for 20 ... continue reading...
